How about Prometheus?  Is The Fifth Element your favorite movie?  If yes to any and all, you will like this episode.  It's got isolated bases in Antarctica.  It's got defrosting alien life forms.  It's got philosophical queries into the origins of the human species.  And most importantly, it has Multipass Girl, or the closest they could come.  It's a fun episode!  

Except for the end when everyone guilt trips O'Neill to do the thing he has sworn over and over again he would never do.  Unacceptable!
